In this program, you'll receive daily yoga practices focusing on
A stress-reduction technique that brings physical relaxation and peace of mind, it is conscious and activated breathing
A practice of stillness and creating space for the mind - it means to reflect upon, ponder, or contemplate.
The physical practice of Yoga, assumed body postures that can variate with reclining, twisting, inverting or balancing
