Naomi is a registered 200 hr Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness Facilitator. She loves holding space for new and seasoned yogis and encourages all of her students to honor their minds, bodies and spirits on AND off of the mat.

BREATHWORK

A stress-reduction technique that brings physical relaxation and peace of mind, it is conscious and activated breathing

MEDITATION

A practice of stillness and creating space for the mind - it means to reflect upon, ponder, or contemplate.

The physical practice of Yoga, assumed body postures that can variate with reclining, twisting, inverting or balancing.
